Pull on your best bib and tucker as Chef Paul Williams of Canteen serves up a menu of locally sourced produce featuring matching wines and craft beers. Enjoy a feast with a difference as you and your friends take in the Spiegeltent experience with all its 1920’s glamour. Think beet chips served with goat’s cheese. Imagine mushroom toast with parmesan chips. Dream of black pudding with apple chips. Salivate over beef chips. Picture giant rosewater meringues and lavender shortbread.
